Our pasties are designed ready to cook. We ship all items using our ambient courier service partners. All orders are frozen to -18 degrees and packed in wool insulated boxes prior to shipping for food safety purposes.
We endeavour to ship our orders within 4 - 8 working days. Once we have received your order, we will generate a tracking link. Please track your order with this link as it is the most accurate and up to date reference to your delivery.Â
Once your order has been collected you will receive it the following day via NZ Couriers or NZ Post for Rural Deliveries. You may receive your tracking number before your order is shipped.

Can I freeze on arrival?
Yes, you can freeze your pasties on arrival - if they arrive still frozen. This is perfectly safe, and many of our customers do it. Just pop them straight into the freezer, and they’ll keep well for up to 3 months.
If they arrive defrosted (but still below 5°C), store them in the fridge and use within 5 days.
Our packaging has been tested to keep your pasties or pies frozen for up to 24 hours and at a chilled food safe state for us to 48 hours. We endeavour to get your pastries to you with 24 hours of dispatching our facility.
