Shipping Policy

We make in small batches and aim to get online orders to you within 4-8 days.

Your pasties and pies are packed cold with gel packs and insulation so they arrive food-safe and ready for the fridge, or the freezer if they arrive still frozen.

Once collected by the courier, orders are sent on an overnight service where available. Shipping is provided by NZ Couriers or NZ Post for rural deliveries. Courier timing can vary because of network disruption, rural access, or weather.

You will receive a tracking link when your order is dispatched. Please use the tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery information and arrange for someone to receive and unpack the order promptly.

If anything looks wrong on arrival, contact info@ansum.nz within 24 hours with photos so we can help.
