We make in small batches and aim to get online orders to you within 4-8 days. Once collected by the courier, orders are sent on an overnight service where available. Your pasties and pies are packed cold with gel packs and insulation so they arrive food-safe and ready for the fridge, or the freezer if they arrive still frozen. Please follow the tracking link for the most up-to-date courier information.

Can I freeze on arrival?
If your order arrives still frozen, you can put it straight into the freezer. If it has defrosted but is still cold, store it in the fridge and use within 5 days. Packaging is designed to keep orders food-safe through transit, but please unpack promptly on arrival. If anything looks wrong, contact info@ansum.nz within 24 hours with photos.
