Pick up and Delivery

Once they are defrosted they can be stored in the fridge for up 7 days.

We ship our pasties frozen in insulated wool lined boxes. They are intended to arrive defrosted and ready to cook. It is recommended that defrosted food is not refrozen for food safety reasons.

However, on some occasions the pasties do arrive in a frozen state and some of our customers have chosen to place them in the freezer. If you do freeze them it will be at your own risk and if you do, we strongly recommend that your test the temperature is below 0 degrees before doing so.

We have one pick up location which is in Glendene, Auckland.

Please collect your order on Thursday 9am-2pm From The Kitchen Collective, 9a Akatea Road, Glendene

Deliveries are dispatched on a Wednesday morning. Deliveries will be shipped by NZ Couriers and will arrive the following day. Please ensure you are home to collect your order when it arrives.

We will attempt to organise Rural deliveries through NZ Post which have an overnight service. This is not always possible due to disruptions so we'll be in touch with you if there are any issues.

Deliveries will arrive Thursday. Please ensure you collect your delivery in a timely manor.

Every shipment is frozen prior to departure, packed in wool and shipped with ice packs. Although this will keep your pasties fresh through transit, it is recommended that they are unpacked immediately and stored in the fridge until ready to cook.

We make every effort to ensure your pasties reach you at a safe temperature.
